This is a project funded by the City of Boston to have, once grey and uninteresting, utility boxes transformed into pieces of art. I had the opportunity to paint this utility box in Mattapan at the corner of Norfolk and Babson Streets (right behind the Mattapan Public Library). It was an honor to get to know community members through this process, as well as to help add to an existing memorial at that location!
